The Captain
Captain Jack's Crab House is a family-owned, Caribbean pirate-themed seafood restaurant in Apopka, Florida, serving Caribbean-style seafood and Louisiana-style Cajun boils with generous portions and fair prices.
Seafood runs in Tony's family. His parents were fishermen, and he grew up learning what fresh seafood looks, smells, and tastes like, and which products are worth buying. He's a second-generation seafood man with about 30 years in the food business around Apopka, from fast food to full-service restaurants. After years of dreaming about his own place, he decided to go for it, and Captain Jack's opened its doors in February 2026.
The Food
Tony brings that fisherman's knowledge to every order: buying the right seafood, keeping it fresh, and serving it in portions that make you feel like you got your money's worth. The specialty is the seafood boil, Louisiana-style and Cajun-seasoned, alongside oysters (raw, steamed, and Rockefeller), blue crab, Caribbean-inspired seafood, and Latin-style dishes.
The Captain Jack’s Experience
Captain Jack's is a community restaurant, not a commercial chain. The pirate theme makes it fun for families, the patio makes it a hangout, and the takeout makes it easy on a busy night. Tony wants every guest to understand the quality of what they're getting, not just see a list of dishes.
